The administration of the city district Zhukovsky for process automation of office-work and budgeting selects the bb workspace system.

As noted, the decision on system implementation of management of bb workspace is made according to the results of the analysis of functionality of the systems of electronic office-work, compliance of the bb workspace system to features of conducting processes of office-work of administration and also taking into account experience of maintaining similar projects by Bee's Double Data company.

The Bee's Double Data company carries out the analysis and setup of processes of the movement of documents in the bb workspace system for 150 users of administration. The list of works includes: setup of an organization structure of administration, user rights, electronic digital signatures; optimization and setup of the existing office work processes; setup of types and document templates, routes of their processing; input of partners; setup of standard reports; preparation of the draft documents regulating the updated processes of office-work taking into account use of EDMS bb workspace; group and individual training of users.

Also integration into the existing software used in administration for the purpose of creation of uniform "point of entry" for work with the distributed information is planned.
