Software products of a series Itida is management systems for the enterprises which core activity is retail. GOODs is the software solution for data collection terminals which were developed in close cooperation with retail networks. Integration of two solutions from technical aspect allows to automate data exchange between two programs. In turn it means that users of the joint solution can carry out more quickly all tasks for which the data collection terminal and GOODS is intended, namely: carry out inventory, marking (remarking) of goods, acceptance, shipment, etc.

According to Itida company: "Integration is important also because for clients of our companies there was an opportunity to create big documents practically on all types of merchandising – the document of cash change, inventory Inventories, receipt and account delivery notes, the act of write-off/receipt, internal transfer". It means for partners of the companies that they can use this integration for the solution of a bigger circle of tasks of the clients, thereby broadening spheres of the influence.

The profile of integration is provided free of charge. It looks in the form of once the configured profile using which parameters of goods are unloaded and necessary documents are loaded. The user (according to the instruction) having basic computer knowledge can carry out setup.

Itida of Retail are software solutions for trade management. Software products of the Retail series I represent to users intuitive and tools easy in use which will allow to carry out the many-sided analysis of a trading activity, having provided a basis for acceptance of right management decisions.

Functionality

  • Data analysis (large number of ready reports, possibility of simple creation of own reports, subsystem of detailed reports of on-line)
  • Expanded assortment management, managerial analytics, control of work of points of sale, efficiency analysis of marketing actions
  • Accounting of taxes, accounting of certificates, accounting of expiration dates, accounting of a SCD, etc.

Software Itida of Retail allows to exchange directly (front-office Direct technology) or through a network folder with the software of Frontol Win32. Also the product supports software "by ATOL: A workplace of the cashier", Frontol WinCE, the Stroke - Mini-POS.

2012: UK "ATOL" redeemed the rights to the Itida software product

The ATOL management company entering into ATOL Group and being the owner of the majority of trademarks of the equipment and the software made and sold by Group acquired 100% of the rights to the Itida software product. The transaction took place on April 2nd, 2012, and at the moment all formalities connected with the transaction are complete. The financial difficulties which arose at Itida LLC and negatively affected development of a product and a customer support were motive of fulfillment of this transaction.

Having obligations to the partners, ATOL Group purchased the Itida software product to bring quality of support to new, satisfying partners, level. Also the plans of ATOL Group are further development of a product as boxed solution for a segment of small enterprises of trade and public catering. Currently the staff of divisions of development and support of ATOL Group is staffed with specialists of necessary level; investment into development of a product is resumed in necessary volume. Since the declaration of this intention at a partner conference of ATOL Group in April, 2012 the happened positive changes were already noticed by a number of the partners working with this product. From the facts it is already possible to note:

  • the left new release 2.7 created for a format of small business;
  • the server of licenses is transferred to capacities of ATOL Group;
  • technical support is transferred to the ServiceDesk platform that allowed to control the level and quality of support of partners and in time to bring needs of partners to developers.

As a result of everything in two months of a transient period the product regained the lost trust of partners.
