The LANIT automates document flow on the LanDocs platform in Gallery company

The LANIT announces start of the project on automation of office-work and document flow in Gallery company, one of the largest operators of outdoor advertizing. Project implementation is enabled based on the LanDocs platform. During the project both processes of documentary ensuring management, and processes under approval of contractual documents and advertizing models will be automated.

Till a present situation in Gallery company basic processes on work with documents were performed in standard office applications and also based on a self-written system which did not consider all aspects of office-work and document flow of the company. It led to considerable costs of time and resources. Besides, the human factor was of great importance. With respect thereto the company management made the decision on automation of the basic office work processes and also processes of approval of documents on a single platform of EDMS. Based on an open competition as the corporate platform the LanDocs platform was selected.

Creation and implementing solution EDMS will be performed by specialists of LANIT within project approach with determination of the main stages of the project: since development of the technical specifications and design of the solution and finishing with training of employees and carrying out trial operation. During the project of automation creation and setup of rules on which EDMS will be able to interact with other information systems Gallery are also provided.

Further it will allow to perform integration of an electronic document management system and financial system for achievement of the maximum results. We not the first time cooperate with LANIT company, and the previous experience instills confidence that the present project will be complete successfully".

Anton Zheltoukhov, director of business development of Department of document management systems of LANIT: "The project of workflow automation in Gallery company covers not only head division, but also branches of the company in several cities of Russia, and it in total – about 400 jobs. For this reason within the project several types of clients of EDMS LanDocs – Office-work and E-mail client will be implemented. Sharing of these types of connections will allow to operate optimum the solution for implementation of the main business processes. Also within the solution the subsystem "will be used by LanDocs: Routing". With its help we "will deliver" processes of approval of contractual documentation and advertizing models" on rails.
