To simplify to the state transition to GLONASS technologies, system developers made the decision to transfer the software for monitoring of public transport to free use to all state and private companies.

A system Vistar has the five-year history of development. The Moscow company "Avtolayn" became some of the first clients: for this company, except monitoring of transport, also the solution "Avtolayn-Inform" was implemented. The solution notifies residents on the actual arrival time of the next buses on a stopping point on which there is a potential passenger, taking into account a road situation in real time.
