Automation of control activity of Accounts Chamber of the Tyumen region

In Accounts Chamber of the Tyumen region the first stage of implementation of a software package of Keysystems on automation of control and auditing activity of "Revizor-KS" was completed.

The Accounts Chamber of the Tyumen region began use of the Revizor-KS PC in the current activity. Among the purposes of implementation of a complex in the operating body of external state financial control of the Tyumen region it is possible to select process automation of planning and accounting, control of implementation of results of control actions and operational obtaining the reporting on an examination. For so short term of operation the complex already allowed department to optimize document flow, gave an opportunity to the staff of Accounts Chamber to keep account of the amounts of financing of the checked organizations by different criteria (jurisdiction of the organizations, types of means, budget classification, priority national projects, target programs).

Today software packages of Keysystems company of the Auditor series are applied in all territory of the Russian Federation, including in bodies of the state and municipal financial control, structural divisions of the ministries and departments exercising interdepartmental financial control, the organizations performing other control and supervising functions by the nature of the activity.
