2022: Building the Foundation of the Quality Management System

The implementation of electronic document management, accounting and tax accounting, the organization of materials management and warehouse accounting completed the second stage of automation of business processes at the Federal State Unitary Enterprise TsNII KM Promete as part of the comprehensive implementation of the ERP system Compass. Compass announced this on August 10, 2022.

Earlier, Compass, as part of the phased implementation of the ERP system, automated personnel accounting, calculation, wages unloading data Pension Fund into and tax services, and other functions in the system. HRM

The introduction of electronic document management - in fact, the basic subsystem of the ERP system "Compass" - is a solution to the problem of standardizing all business processes of the enterprise, since almost every module of the complex (accounting, production, warehouse, etc.) performs the functions of creating primary documents. And if the enterprise sets the task of creating quality management, then it is quite obvious that there is a need to create standards, control their observance (including compliance of the performing discipline with the prescribed rules) and its subsequent automation.

As a result of the implementation of electronic document management in the enterprise, labor costs are reduced for the execution of routine and, very often, non-core for specific business process operations - including by creating documents on previously created samples. It becomes possible to search context and search databases information for keywords in order to further analyze and summarize it, quickly create new documents.

2011: ASUDD Finalization

COMPASS has completed the development of an automated contract management system (ACUDD) for the Central Research Institute of KM Promete.

The development of the ASUDD was the next stage in the automation of the management of this institute based on the COMPAS ERP system. At the first stage, held in 2003, with its help, personnel management of the Central Research Institute was automated. At the second, completed in 2007, COMPASS "closed" such business processes as accounting and tax accounting, accounting for foreign exchange transactions, managing settlements with partners, planning future expenses, materials management and warehouse accounting. And finally, in 2011, the management of contractual relations was automated.

ASUDD is implemented exclusively on the "COMPASS Wizard" tuning tool. With its help, the ERP system was supplemented with such documents as "Planned price structure," "Request for work," decoding of various cost items, etc. A number of calculations, the formation of memos, control over the performance of work, including under counterparty contracts, and much more, have been automated. The most important point is the automation of planning of the main activities of the enterprise.

Currently, employees of the Central Research Institute of KM "Promete" are starting the working operation of the ASUDD, installed at 20 workplaces owned by planners, economists and accountants.
