2017

2016

Beginning of the year: the first mobile application was posted on Google Play. This application is the BP-L-Planner scheduler.

The BP-FuelSpent mobile application has been developed, designed to account for fuel and allow car owners to save on fuel. The application runs on iOS and is hosted in the Apple Store.

In March, a project began to introduce the Auto Economy subsystem in the UNICAR company near Moscow, specializing in passenger transportation.

2015

The main event of this year was the creation of a mobile development department, which made it possible to open a fundamentally new direction in the company's activities. The line of mobile applications he is developing is called CompasBP. The department's first developments were an activity planning application called BP-L-Planner, and a platform for creating logistics and trade management applications, originally called BP-PandoraBox, but renamed BP-Libitum at the end of the year. The foundations of another platform have been laid - BP-Discount, designed to develop loyalty programs in retail and catering chains.

Based on BP-Libitum, a mobile application for automating warehouse work was introduced at DenthalPro, which supplies dental products to the Russian market.

2014

The main efforts of the production department were aimed at supporting constantly changing legislation. Nevertheless, the functionality of the COMPAS ERP system has also been significantly expanded. The instrumental part has been significantly supplemented, including the addition of many new functions of the Business Procedure Language and YAFPC. The functions of accounting for Future Expenses and Bank-Client communication have been expanded. And more...

A project has begun to introduce the Auto Economy subsystem in the Kemerovo municipal unitary enterprise Special Automobile Facilities, which required many improvements related to the specifics of the operation of vehicles intended for the collection and removal of waste.

For the first time in a long time, a new client in the field of catering appeared - the Kaliningrad cafe "Uralochka."

2013

This year is characterized by an increase in the number of projects in the field of budgeting. So the beginning of the year was marked by the completion of the project for the implementation of the COMPASS: Budgeting module at the manufacturer of medical equipment of the Neo company. This complex project is especially interesting in that it was carried out mainly by the Customer's IT specialists with the minor assistance of COMPAS consultants and programmers. In addition, it should be noted that the project to automate budget process management at the St. Petersburg construction company Trest-36, and at the end of the year the ACS of Budget Processes, developed by order of the Central Research Institute of KM Promete, was put into trial operation.

The main event of the first half of the year was the release of the COMPAS-CLOUD solution, which allows you to use the ERP system "COMPAS" as a service. The solution was developed with the support of specialists from the IBM DATA Center, on the servers of which the experimental release of COMPASS-CLOUD was located.

In the spring, in order to facilitate the implementation of the Auto Economy subsystem at small and medium-sized transport enterprises, the Track Sheets and Fuel and Lubricants module is divided into two parts: basic functions and functions for calculating drivers' wages.

We also highlight the autumn project for the implementation of the CRM system "COMPASS: Marketing and Management" in the surveying company "TopFrame."

2012

This year, the webinar program takes on regular features, which tells about various modules and subsystems of COMPASS, highlights the problems of business problems, support for legislation, etc. Webinars are now held on average 2 times a month with a break for summer and winter holidays.

In September, Nina Yakobson, General Director of COMPAS, won the first prize "Influential Women of St. Petersburg," established by the Delovoy Petersburg newspaper, in the nomination "IT, Telecommunications."

Analytical publication CNews publishes a rating of the largest Russian IT suppliers for cash management. "COMPASS" is in the top ten of this rating.

2011

In terms of the number and scale of interesting projects, 2011 was extremely successful. ERP system "Compass" was released in the long-awaited version 12.86. In addition to a significant increase in application functions, this version implements several fundamental changes in the tool base. The most important of them is the new multi-layer metadata storage structure, due to which the process of updating the system with individual settings has been significantly simplified.

An important event was the release of the first application module developed on a new TNP platform running under.NET. This module, called "Track Sheets and Fuel and Lubricants," became the first brick of the new Auto Economy subsystem. In 2011, it was introduced at one of the largest customers - State Unitary Enterprise Gorelektrotrans from St. Petersburg.

Many longtime customers have significantly increased the functionality of systems. I would especially like to note the major introduction of the Compass: Human Resources subsystem at the Girikond Research Institute, where our other subsystems have been used for many years. But the most significant of the projects to expand functionality was the development of an individual automated system for managing contractual activities for FSUE TsNII KM Promete, which has been working for ERP Compass since 2003.

2010

The main event of the year: all year there is beta testing of a fundamentally new development of COMPAS, an instrumental TNP platform based on.Net technology

The Moscow company "Electronic Money," having concluded a partnership agreement with "COMPASS," begins the implementation of a program to replace its ON own-designed payroll with the "COMPAS: Personnel HRM Management" system, which by the fall is bearing its first fruits.

2009

At the very beginning of the year, TAdviser ranks vendors of human resources automation systems (HRM). In terms of the number of projects implemented at the enterprises of Russia and the CIS, COMPAS confidently takes first place!

In the first quarter, the NefAZ automation project is being completed. From now on, personnel accounting, labor accounting and payroll of all 14,000 employees of the plant are carried out using COMPAS. In the course of the project implementation, the employees of the Customer's IT department use exclusively their own resources in the shortest possible time to interface "COMPASS" with the electronic pass system "ForSec SQL" operating at the enterprise, which once again proves the openness and flexibility of our software

2008

The beginning of the year was marked by the start of two major projects for the implementation of HRM systems COMPAS: Personnel Management: in OJSC Volgogradneftemash (about 5,000 employees) and OJSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant (more than 11,000 people).

Comprehensive implementation at the Central Research Institute of KM "Promete" continues. The subsystem "COMPASS: Procurement, Inventory and Sales Management" is put into commercial operation.

OJSC Tuapse Ship Repair Plant acquires MARINE 2000, a specialized ship repair planning system designed by order of the Cannonaire Ship Repair Plant. The program "goes one-to-one."

In the first half of the year, the TAdviser Center publishes 2 new studies of the ERP market. In mechanical engineering, in terms of the number of projects implemented, COMPAS ranks 1st in Russia as an integrator and 3rd as a vendor, and in the energy and housing sector  - 7th as an integrator and 5th as a vendor.

2007

In April, the implementation of the COMPAS: Human Resources HRM system at LMZ was completed. But even before its end, according to the results of the first stage, the management of the Power Machines concern decides to introduce this system in two more branches: Elektrosila and Turbine Blade Plant. Both projects were completed by the end of the first half of the year. The implementation of each of them took only a month and a half.

The Kemerovo partner of COMPASS NTC Infotron begins a major project to implement the ERP system COMPASS MS ELITE at the Sibtenzopribor plant located in the Kemerovo region.

The program for cooperation with one of the largest developers of Automated Banking Systems, BIS, begins to operate. Within its framework, the joint functioning of the banking industry solution of the HRM-system "COMPAS: Personnel Management" and ABS "BISquit" in Petroenergobank and Odinbank near Moscow was ensured.

The banking industry solution receives another direction of development through cooperation with the company "Quorum," which develops the banking system ABS NEXT. The first joint client is the largest Yekaterinburg bank "Northern Treasury."

26.04.2007 awarding of the winners of the national award in the field of IT CNews Awards took place. The project for the implementation of the ERP system "COMPAS" at Tulamashzavod (during the implementation of the project "COMPAS" was replaced at the plant "SAP R3") won in the nomination "Effective Industry."

In June, the Tadviser Technology and Supplier Selection Center publishes the results of a study of the Russian ERP market, according to which COMPAS ranks 2nd in Russia in terms of the number of projects implemented.

The project for the implementation of COMPASS software at the Central Research Institute of KM Promete is being further developed. Based on the results of industrial operation since 2004 of the subsystem "Human Resources Management," the management of the enterprise makes a decision on the integrated use of the ERP system. 2006

The beginning of the year was marked by a priority increase in the number of projects related to the automation of production control according to the MRP-II standard. The introduction of the corresponding subsystem begins at the Krasnaya Presnya jewelry plant in the Ivanovo region and at the plant of the Northern Construction Directorate (Sosnovy Bor).

According to the results of activities for 2003-2005 . COMPAS has been receiving a Gazelle Business diploma for the second time, which is awarded to actively growing and open companies.

The project on the integrated implementation of the ERP system "COMPASS MS ELITE" at the "Tulamashzavod" has started. Along with the rest of the subsystems, the Budgeting module is implemented. Automation of budgeting processes begins at the Almaz Marine Plant.

The banking industry solution is acquired by Moscow Dekabank.

An agreement is being signed for the implementation of the CRM system "COMPASS: Marketing and Management" in the Russian branch of the world famous company Sharp Electronics.

At the end of the year, the introduction of the HRM system "COMPASS: Human Resources Management" begins in the branch of the Power Machines concern "Leningrad Metal Plant" (LMZ). +++++ In the first quarter, the independent analytical company CNews Analytics publishes a study on the implementation of ERP systems in the Russian industry. 2005

The functionality of the ERP system "COMPASS" continues to be increased. In the "COMPASS: Human Resources Management" subsystem, the "Labor Resources Management" module appears, which implements the functions of automated personnel assessment based on competency models and job profiling; functions of personnel training planning and organization; Scheduling staffing schedules recruiting management; management of material motivation of personnel, etc.

Work began on the introduction of various versions of the COMPAS ERP system at such significant production enterprises as: Almaz Marine Plant, Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant, RedFox sportswear company, Signal Stavropol Radio Plant, Greif world leader in industrial packaging, etc.

Cooperation with the developer of ISUBD "New Athens" is being intensified, and therefore the development of the banking industry solution "COMPASS." In 2005, a complex of two of these systems began to be introduced at once in three Moscow banks.

The Moscow partner of COMPASS, the company "Russian Port," is developing a "boxed" industry solution of the CRM system "COMPASS: Marketing and Management" for enterprises specializing in the provision of legal services.

In the ranking of the most authoritative Russian rating agency Expert RA for 2005, COMPAS ranks 80th among all numerous IT companies in Russia.

2004

The year began with awards. At the end of January, in addition to the already traditional diploma of the "Accounting and Audit" exhibition for practical assistance to an accountant, COMPAS was awarded a diploma from the Russian Consumer Protection Fund.

Then in March, at the international exhibition - the INTERCOM fair, held in Kemerovo, KIS COMPAS received a diploma as the best exhibit of this event.

A new stage in increasing the functionality of the COMPASS CIS. In the Financial Management subsystem, a specialized flexible module for automating budgeting appears. It also includes specialized software for parallel accounting for several models (for example, management, tax, accounting, in IFRS standards, etc.) and   accounting for a simplified taxation system. With the introduction of financial planning, COMPASS began to contain all ERP functionality, having received the full right to be called an ERP system.

The development of the Production Management subsystem (MRP-II standard) continues - the scheduling functions are sharply strengthened.

In the summer, the newspaper "Business Petersburg" begins to maintain a rating of "Gazelle Business." According to the results of 2001-2003, COMPAS receives a diploma as one of the fastest growing and most open companies in the Northern capital.

A specialized flexible module for automating budgeting appears in the Financial Management subsystem; the MRP-II standard is fully implemented in the Production Management subsystem. As a result, COMPASS began to contain all ERP functionality, having received full right to be called an ERP system; a partnership agreement is concluded with Novaya Athena, the purpose of which is comprehensive automation of banks by joint efforts. Based on this agreement, an industry solution for banks is being developed.

Customers were: Chekhov Hydrostal Plant, Kemerovokhleb OJSC, Pskovenergo OJSC, A.P. Alexandrov NITI, Northern Construction Department, Vologda Varietal Vodka Plant, Bimart hypermarkets, etc.

2003

The year began with the fact that during the tenth anniversary exhibition "Accounting and Audit-2003" COMPAS was awarded a gold diploma for helping Russian accountants during the implementation of tax accounting.

CRM direction is developing intensively. This is expressed not only in the rapid growth of the functionality of the CRM subsystem "COMPASS: Marketing and Talent," but also in the fact that the company participates in the formation of the CRM market, carrying out an educational mission by publishing analytical articles of its consultants and (for the first time in its history!!!) through the organization of educational seminars on CRM topics.

The second half of the year was marked by a campaign to distribute the first in Russian history free CRM program "COMPASS: Marketing and Management" version of prof.

But the main event of the second half of the year was the beginning of work on the creation of a personnel management system for AK Alrosa on the.Net platform. The history of industrial application of the "COMPASS" of the latest generation has begun.

2002

Compass was awarded a diploma for practical assistance to the Russian accountant in preparing annual reports and planning financial and economic activities in the coming year.

All subsystems of COMPASS continue to develop intensively, but the capabilities of planning procedures in the production management subsystem are especially rapidly increasing.

The MSDE version of the package is born. At the same time, a decision is made to stop the development of file-server versions. The COMPASS package becomes purely client-server.

The policy of focusing on medium-sized industrial enterprises leads to the fact that not only such as the Saturn Ren TV football club appear in the list of new customers, but also, for example, Pskovenergo, NITI named after Alexandrov and even the world famous Izhora Plants.

The development of a new generation of COMPASS programs based on the use of three-level technologies is beginning. The new project so far bears the conditional name "K Com" (COMPASS on com-technology).

For the second year in a row, according to a survey of participants of the Kremlin International Forum of Accountants and Auditors, COMPAS is recognized as the winner as one of the most reliable firms working in the field of software development in the field of accounting, audit and taxation for the CIS countries.

2001

The beginning of the year was marked by victories in two prestigious nominations of the "Business Software - 2001" competition. These are "Automation of accounting of the middle enterprise" and "Accounting of labor and wages."

The development of the COMPASS + SQL package continues, in the name of which the SQL prefix disappears. The market sector, which the COMPAS corporate information system should focus on, has been sharply narrowed. Medium-sized industrial enterprises become priority users of the package.

A fundamentally new subsystem , Marketing and Management, has been released, which combines the functionality of CRM systems and the automation of internal company processes. To date, no analogues have been found.

The company's 10th anniversary was celebrated in a family-like way.

More than 60 employees in two offices (St. Petersburg and Moscow), about 40 partners, more than 4,500 clients - COMPAS boldly looks to the future and stands firmly (and even goes in for sports) on its feet.

At the end of 1996, the design of a fundamentally new software product begins - the Compass + SQL software package, which operates in the Windows environment. This package was created as a client-server application that can use a wide variety of SQL servers as a database, although, of course, the developers primarily relied on MS SQL Server and Oracle. The package is aimed at corporate clients.

1994

The victorious procession of the Compass-Comfort and Compass-Giant software products continues. Gradually, their rapprochement occurs. Now client tasks are mostly solved using a set of programs from both packages. "Compass-Comfort" becomes the winner in the nomination "Automation of enterprise management" in the competition "Invekom."

1992

In mid-1992, a historic decision was made to enter the market of small and medium-sized private enterprises. Two different software products are created. The first (for small ones) is the integrated accounting package "Compass - Comfort." The second (for large ones) is Compass-Giant, designed to automate accounting, warehouse activities, planning, cost calculation, document management. These program packages contain interface principles that further distinguish all COMPASS products.

1991

Foundation of COMPASS. Automation of large state and post-state enterprises. The developments belong to the class of packages "System of interconnected automated workplaces." Development of COMPASS - GIANT package programs. In the first half of the 90s, such companies as the Gunner Ship Repair Plant, Electroavtomatika Design Bureau, Granit Central Research Institute, Bavaria Brewery and many others became users of this system.
