Biography

1998: Start of work in KB "Jewels of the Urals"

Maria Arkhipova began her career in 1998 at the Jewels of the Urals Design Bureau (Gold-Platina-Bank AKB, Yekaterinburg), where she was engaged in building processes for managing changes in IT solutions, as well as their operation and support.

2002: Transition to OTP- 2000

In 2002, she moved to OTP- 2000, where for two years she participated in consulting projects as a consultant in various areas of banking (retail, commercial and investment blocks). In 2004, she moved to the position of project manager, and in 2007 she headed the department of application solutions practices.

2009: Work in the management of IT "Sberbank of Russia"

In 2009, Arkhipova took the position of project director in the IT customer service department at Sberbank of Russia OJSC, and in 2010 she transferred to the post of deputy head of this department.

2011: Work at Sberbank Technologies

At the end of 2011, Maria Arkhipova headed the Department of Examinations and Practices at Sberbank Technologies CJSC and became a member of the board. Until February 2013, she headed the department of expertise and practices, which accumulates all IT competence centers. This department employs employees with knowledge of both market platforms, for example, SAP and Oracle, and Sberteh's own products, which are engaged in the formation of IT products,[1] Denis Kalinin, general director of Sberteh, told CNews^[1].

In the Department of Expertise and Practice, Maria Arkhipova was engaged in the construction and optimization of production processes in the conditions of a radical change in the organizational structure of the Sberbank IT block.

In February 2013^[2] continued^[2] that Arkhipova decided to leave Sberteh. Her new place of work was Renaissance Capital Bank (Renaissance Credit).

Arkhipova was not the first top manager of Sberteh to decide to leave the company. In February 2013, it also became known about a similar decision of the director of the client relations department Igor Mushakov, who moved to the position of the IT director of FC Uralsib.

2013: Appointment at Renaissance Credit

On March 25, 2013 , Renaissance Credit announced that Maria Arkhipova took the position of Senior Vice President for Information Technology and Banking Support. She headed the IT department, the department of banking and payment card services, the department of banking projects and the department of information security.
