The laboratory of Flour mill pays special attention to quality of flour, is equipped with the modern equipment (farinografy, ekstensografy, amilografy). For the achieved results of work the flour mill is included in the Book of Honour of the city of Moscow. By the Government of Moscow the plant is given the status "Enterprises of City Value" and the medal "For a Contribution to Strengthening of Food Security of the City of Moscow" is handed. For implementation of progressive technology and development of high-quality products of the modern range the plant is awarded with the highest industry award "The best mill of Russia".
