Biography

Alexander Alekeslavovich Perfilov was born in 1974. In 1995, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Novosibirsk State University with a degree in Mechanics, Applied Mathematics, and in 2005 he studied at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation under the MBA program "Information Management (CIO)."

Alexander Perfilov has been working in the IT direction for more than 18 years, at enterprises in the energy industry for almost 15 years.

From 2001 to 2005 - Head of the Information Technology, Development and Information Protection Department of OJSC Gusinoozerskaya GRES.

From 2005 to 2011 - Head of the Corporate Projects Department of the Information Technology Directorate, then Director of Information Technologies of OGK-5 OJSC (in 2009 it was renamed Enel OGK-5 OJSC).

In 2011, Alexander Perfilov moved to work in the JI UES - System Operator of the Unified Energy Systems to the position of Director for IT, and in 2013 decided to leave this company, writing a statement of his own free will. As the source of CNews in the IT market knows, Alexander Perfilov moved to the position of Chief information officer of the CES Holding energy company, the main owner of which is Viktor Vekselberg.

He has repeatedly improved his qualifications in specialized courses in information technology, including international programs.

In 2014, Alexander changed the industry and joined the fuel company of Rosatom Group of Companies - JSC TVEL as director of the IT department.
