1C-Rarus automated control of motor transport in BRIDGE No. 11 company

The 1C-Rarus company automated accounting of vehicles at one of the Moscow developers. In a project deliverable of "Mosoblstroytrest No. 11" could organize a transparent and effective management system for motor transport at construction of housing in Moscow area. Today "the BRIDGE No. 11" locates modern IT tools for accounting of motor transport, planning of fuel consumption, scheduling of cargo transportation. An opportunity to analyze costs and profitability of work of vehicles is had.

MOST № 11 Ltd works at the market of the residential real estate since 1995. During this time the company purchased reputation of the fair, serious, responsible partner. Thousands of happy families live in apartments of the Domodedovo new buildings built by the company. Sound brick houses became the business card of MOST № 11 Ltd.

Now the company actively conducts construction of new apartment houses LDC Kirovski in Domodedovo city and also in the sanatorium settlement Moscow area. For control of motor transport at construction of new objects of the company the information system was required. This system had to provide high quality and reliability of a company performance at accomplishment of the following tasks:

• Accounting of units of vehicle fleet of the company;
• Planning of a consumption of fuels and lubricants;
• Scheduling of cargo transportation.

As a basis of such system the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 Standard software product developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was selected. 1C-Rarus company, the developer of this solution, involved in project implementation.

The created information system provides complex support of the business processes connected with control of motor transport in 10 workplaces.

The staff of MOST № 11 Ltd is given an opportunity to organize effective work in an information system on the following sections:

• Accounting of orders for motor transport, distribution of orders and tracking of the status of task performance;
• Statement and processing of waybills;
• Calculation of normative and actual fuel consumption;
• Calculation of development in waybills by different parameters;
• Simultaneous accounting of the fuel purchased by different methods (purchased for cash, received according to coupons, purchased according to cards of cashless payment, issued from a warehouse of the enterprise received at the third-party supplier);
• Data loading of processing centers on detailing of fuel and lubricants gas stations;
• Accounting of maintenance and repair of vehicles;
• Accounting of number buses and accumulators.

The software solution has the user-friendly graphical interface of distribution of orders by cars. The reference book of more than 500 models of vehicles with the set consumption rates of fuel and lubricants is built in the program, flow calculation of fuel depending on temperature is provided.

With implementation "1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 Standard" the company had an opportunity to conduct cost analysis and profitability of work of vehicles. The information system provides to the management of MOST № 11 Ltd transparent operational data on work of motor transportation division which can be used at acceptance of management decisions.
