Career

Within 10 years worked in scientific research institutes in the field of mathematical modeling of production processes. Further continued education at the international school of management LETI-Lovanium and gained the diploma of MVA of the University of Leuven (Belgium). In 1994 it is invited in Unilever international concern where within 9 years worked in the field of human resources management.

From 2003 to 2012 Irina directed Management on personnel of MegaFon. Till April, 2013 she worked as the HR director in Sollers company then was engaged in development of own projects and consulting in the field of personnel management.

On May 26, 2016 it became known of Irina Likhova's appointment to a position of the director of corporate development and personnel management.

In February, 2018 it became known of the solution of Irina Likhova, the director of corporate development and personnel management, to complete the work in MegaFon company. Under its management corporate values are implemented and strategic HR priorities are defined: "The expert track" for the purpose of development and employee retention is started, work on positioning of MegaFon as employer is carried out, process on digital transformation of HR started, the system of recognition is optimized (project awarding is implemented and the program of long-term awarding renewed).
