Core activity of Telemaks company: wholesale and retail trade in home appliances. At the moment the company has 14 supermarkets to St. Petersburg. The company has department of wholesales.

Key Results:
During implementation the unique mechanism Minimaks - the system of automatic control and replenishment of a remaining balance of goods in retail outlets on the basis of a nomenclature matrix is implemented. Daily a system automatically creates internal orders in shops from the main warehouses and reserves goods. A system analyzes remaining balance of shops, remaining balance of the main warehouses, requirement of shop for goods, priorities of shops. In case of lack of the main goods it is replaced with analogs.
The mechanism of automatic formation and sending supplier orders is implemented. When forming these orders a system analyzes remaining balance of shops and the main warehouses, goods at ways, a nomenclature matrix.
In implementation process the following blocks of accounting were finished:
- Inventory control. Transaction of movement of goods is carried in time (shipment from one warehouse and revenues to another happens not in one step, the goods quantity shipped and is received also can't match). Formation of inventory and write-off on inventory can happen on group of warehouses at once (it is necessary at separation of one physical warehouse into virtual warehouses).
- Order and goods receipt. Sales of goods. The mechanism of accounting of the credits is created (sale of goods at retail according to different credit programs). Information on credit sales gathers in the specialized document. The document does movements on settlement with bank on the principal amount of the credit, percent, and returns on the credits. The mechanism of diversity of payments on the credits for reduction of labor costs during the work with loan agreements is created. On the credits the specialized reporting is created.
- Cash accounting. The mechanism of accounting of amount-based differences, convertings of money, the commissions for implementation of transactions of converting is created.
- Settlement with partners.
- Cost value and pricing. Pricing mechanism is considerably expanded – when pricing the current cost value, the final price of receipt, the price of competitors is considered.
Data transfer in 1C: Accounting 7.7 – is created the specialized mechanism of data transfer in accounting.
