Also service maintenance in a service workshop in St. Petersburg or at the enterprise of the customer is performed warranty. The equipment of GETRIEBEBAU NORD company is supplied on a warehouse of the buyer within 4 - 7 weeks (depending on complexity of the order). The mode of fast delivery when the batch of the equipment gathers in Germany in 24 hours is possible and goes a separate load to Russia. All equipment made by Getriebebau NORD company is certified in the GOST P system.

Representative offices of NORD Privody LLC in are available Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, in also in Minsk and Almaty. Direct deliveries of the equipment from Germany to Kazakhstan and Belarus are performed. At head office NORD Privody LLC there is a warehouse of the ready equipment.

Project Goals and Objectives:

• Creation of a system warehouse and logistic and accounting;

• Ensuring accounting of the nomenclature to within any set of technical characteristics that cannot be implemented in a standard system;

Key Results:

• The system of logistic control of deliveries is designed and implemented

• Standard documents on sales of goods for accounting of the nomenclature according to the wide list of additional characteristics which are generated using own system of selection of the nomenclature (the electronic directory) are finished

• A large number of unique printed forms is developed, the mechanism of implementation of the dictionary (Russian-German) for automatic translation of forms was designed

• Training was provided and detailed user instructions that the beginning of work in a system for each user was the most comfortable are created
