Project Goals and Objectives:

  • Creation of a uniform information field for the purpose of improvement of control of activity of the enterprise and also acceptance of management decisions on the basis of reliable data

During the project are implemented and put into operation of a subsystem:

  • Payroll calculation and personnel management,

  • Settlings with advance holders,

  • Inventory control,

  • Accounting of Inventories, fixed assets,

  • Cash desk, bank.

On all implemented subsystems user training is provided.


Implementation of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" allowed to increase quality and transparency of management processes and accounting, to systematize information on the movement and storage of Inventories, to quickly prepare the management reporting. The information and temporary losses connected with search and data processing were reduced. The efficiency and management efficiency and the analysis of activity of the enterprise increased.
