Astaire (1C: Accounting)

The Intensive Center "SoftBalance" (file) automated accounting and operational accounting and also personnel records and payroll calculation in the international company of Astaire rendering professional broker, estimated, consulting and managerial services in the field of a commercial real estate.

Earlier in the company the 1C: Accounting 7.7 system was used. However having studied functionality of ready-made products of a new line on the basis of platform 8.0, the company management made the decision on transition to the new system of accounting.

During the project the standard configurations "1C: Accounting 8.0", "1C: Trade Management 8.0" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.0" were used.

Among advantages of new software products the management noted a possibility of accounting of activity of several organizations in one information base and also uses of different schemes of taxation in an accounting system; enhanced capabilities of automation of trade, financial and warehouse transactions in the trade application; requirements planning and personnel recruitment, management of competences, training and employee assessments and also management of financial motivation of personnel in a personnel system.
