The administration of the Kugarchinsky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan passes to electronic document management using the CASE system. The partner in the project - Medialux company
Background
Transition to electronic document management to District Administrations was made according to participation in the target program "Electronic Russia". Making decision on automation was promoted by the aspiration of the office of local government authority to use the most modern business technologies and constantly growing volume of paper document flow in work.
Objectives
It is expected that using the CASE system in Administration of the municipal District of Kugarchinsky tasks will be solved:
- streamlining of processes of document flow;
- transition to the uniform scheme of work with documents;
- automation of work with the entering / outgoing documents and correspondence;
- reduction of terms of registration and passing of documents;
- ensuring proper control of execution of documents.
Results
During the course of performance the project the following tasks are solved:
- document flow inspection, formalization of business processes, development of the implemented model of electronic document management;
- installation and setup of necessary hardware and software;
- setup of a system for electronic document management;
- installation of the server software "CASE";
- installation on client places of the software "CASE";
- system testing;
- trial operation.
It is partially automated works of administration of the municipal District of Kugarchinsky and full automation of work with documents in workplaces of the head of administration managing affairs, the receptionist of the head of administration, the receptionist managing affairs is performed.
As a result of implementation the customer in a full compliance with the wishes in the minimum terms received the system providing operational registration of the entering and outgoing documents, control of execution of documents and instructions, document retrieval.
