As of August 2021, presented:

• the network of shoes and accessories "Econica,"

• Novard Estate Management Limited, a commercial real estate management company, and
• one of the leading suppliers of industrial and construction equipment in the Russian Federation is Rutektor.

History

2017: 2,000 employees

Branches and divisions - in more than 50 regions of Russia. The number of employees is more than 2000 people.

2010: Rebranding to Novard

In 2010, the owners and top managers of Novard came to the understanding that for the further development of the business, a holistic image of the corporation - a diversified holding - and greater freedom of brands of subsidiaries are needed. In addition, a strong association with the popular network of shoe caskets "ECONICA" led to some difficulties in marketing communications. Therefore, the company decided to rebrand, which was another step towards building a large-scale, actively developing, socially significant business. So a new brand appeared, the successor to the Ekonika holding - the Novard group of companies.

Novard has an international legal structure and annual audited financial statements under international standards (IFRS).

1989: Establishment of Economica

The company "Econica" was founded in 1989 in Moscow.
