1995: Ministry of Internal Affairs and FMS of Russia

From 1995 to 2016 worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and FMS of Russia at the different positions connected with information processing, formation of information resources and creation of the state and interstate information systems. Colonel of internal service.

2005: Academy of the Department of MIA of the Russian Federation

In 2005 graduated from the MIA Academy of Management, specialty "Public and Municipal Administration".

2016: Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation

From August, 2016 to September, 2018 held a position of the associate director of Department of implementation of strategic projects in the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation.

Since October 25, 2019 it is appointed the director of the department of implementation of strategic projects Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Russia.
