Education

• in 1977 graduated from the Tomsk institute of automated control systems and radio electronics, improved skills at the Leningrad financial and economic institute.

Career

• in 1971 pupil of the mechanic of the Gorno-Altaysk plant "Elektropribor".

• in 1987 it is elected to a position of the vice-chairman of the Central district executive committee of the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
• in 1990 - the chairman of executive committee of the Central regional council of People's Deputies of the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

• from 1991 to 1996 - the first deputy head of administration of the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

• in May, 1996 - it is appointed the arbitration manager of JSC Amurstal.

• from 1997 to 2004 - the CEO of JSC Amurmetal.

• till 2010 worked as the CEO of management company of Sibirsko-Amursky metall LLC in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

• from 2005 to 2010 - the deputy of the Legislative Duma of Khabarovsk Krai of the fourth convocation.

• in 2010 it is elected the deputy of the Legislative Duma of Khabarovsk Krai of the fifth convocation.

Awards

It is awarded with a medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the II degree, in 2003 the rank "Honourable Metallurgist" is given. In 2003 entered the rating of "1000 most professional managers of Russia" of Association of managers of Russia.
