The national library of Uzbekistan is provided with a complex of automatic system of security

The Technoserv company completed the project of creation of the integrated automatic system of security in the new building of National library to them. A. Navoi.

Solution

Within the project Technoserv executed installation and commissioning of the integrated automatic system of security of the building and dispatching system on the basis of the equipment and the software of Honeywell company.

The integrated automatic system of security of the building includes 6 subsystems: video surveillance system, warning system, access control system, security alarm and fire warning.

Details

The video surveillance system integrates 170 video cameras installed on perimeter of the building and in premises. The control system of access is constructed based on more than 100 sets of the equipment, installed in reading rooms and in book-depositories, and provides the automated differentiation of right of access of visitors and employees to different premises and control of its observance, allowing to reveal quickly violations, to fix and prevent them. Also 200 monitor sensors of a security alarm and 1700 sensors of the fire warning were installed. For timely transmission of messages about emergency the building was equipped with the warning system integrating more than 500 terminal units. Dispatching system provides in real time information from above-mentioned security systems and the systems of engineering support (conditioning, ventilation, fire extinguishing, etc.) and its output to monitors of operators of command center a system.

Besides, Technoserv executed installation in the Hall of symposiums of library on 960 places of a modern system of wireless conference communication based on the equipment of Bosch and in the same place created infrastructure for work mobile television stations.
