The Digia company completed an implementation project of the analytical Digia Retail Analytics system on the Microsoft Business Intelligence platform in the Chelyabinsk pharmacy chain "Regional Pharmaceutical Warehouse".

Solution

The project is commented by Mikhail Mogilevsky, the CEO of Digia RUS: "The regional pharmaceutical warehouse performs the activities for several directions: wholesale by medicines and products of medical appointment, retail network of drugstores, pharmaceutical booths, pharmaceutical points and shops of optics, production of medical equipment. The company works with treatment and prevention facilities, the pharmaceutical enterprises, other organizations and individuals, having extensive network of suppliers, partners and clients. Thus, the organization conducts the large-scale versatile work requiring constant control, the analysis and adjustment. The system created by Digia helps the company to assess literally on the fly a situation as in general, and carrying out as much as detailed analysis, to establish the reasons of change of indicators of sales, to define the most effective techniques of increase in profit and turnover, to quickly transfer experience of successful divisions to all network. The company management recognized system effectiveness in the very first days of work, and further its contribution to sales growth will be more and more".
