The Smartstroytrans company implements the solution of automation of accounting of vehicles

The 1C-Rarus company automated accounting of transport in Smartstroytrans company.

Background

The company needed to organize a transparent system of accounting of vehicles. The software product for process automation was required:

• Accounting of the rolling stock;
• Planning of a consumption of fuel and lubricants;
• Schedulings of cargo transportation;
• Accounting of own transport.

Solution

The 1C-Rarus company automated carrier of inert materials Smartstroytrans. Using the software product "1C: Motor Vehicle Management. Standard 8" is organized accounting of vehicles, fuel consumption is planned, scheduling of cargo transportation is performed. The program allows to carry out cost analysis and profitability of work of vehicles. The management obtains the data necessary for acceptance of timely management decisions.

Results

The created information system allows Smartstroytrans company to solve the following problems:

• Keep account of orders for motor transport, using the user-friendly graphical interface of distribution of orders by cars, keeping track of the status of task performance;
• Write out and process waybills for different types of motor transport;
• Calculate normative and actual fuel consumption according to the order of the Ministry of Transport;
• Messages calculation of development in waybills by different parameters: a run, load weight, goods turnover, time in a dress, in idle time;
• At the same time to consider the fuel purchased by different methods (purchased for cash; received according to coupons; purchased according to cards of cashless payment; issued from a warehouse of the enterprise; received at the third-party supplier);

• Load data of processing centers on detailing of fuel and lubricants gas stations;
• Keep account of maintenance and repair of vehicles;
• Consider number buses and accumulators;
• Facilitate calculation of waybills in regions with often changing seasonal temperatures due to use of the built-in table of dependence of a consumption of fuel and lubricants on temperature.
