1C-Rarus helped to organize trade in furniture of Soberkhauz Management company

Announced 1C-Rarus in February, 2012 project completion of automation of the sole distributor of furniture of COSMORELAX in Russia – Soberkhauz Management company. For conducting operational and management accounting the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product is selected. Project implementation allowed to reduce time spent for accomplishment of routine transactions to increase quality of work of personnel.

Soberkhauz Management Company LLC - the sole distributor of furniture of COSMORELAX in Russia. The online store of the company offers a wide choice of stylish furniture for kitchen, bedrooms, the living room, the children's room, for office. Are presented in the directory of goods: tables, chairs, chairs, sofas, beds, ottomans.

The company management made the decision on creation of an information system for accounting of a trading activity, including processes:

• Retail and wholesale;
• Order placement of buyers;
• Settlement with buyers;
• Order placement to suppliers.

As a basis of an information system the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was selected. It allows to automate operational and management accounting, the analysis and planning of trade operations, to increase effective management of modern trade enterprise. Involved 1C-Rarus company in implementation of the software solution.

Together with the designated tasks, the program allowed to automate the following processes:

• Management of warehouse stocks;
• Calculation of normative cost value of orders;
• Pricing, price lists;
• Settlement with suppliers.

In an information system 10 jobs for the staff of Soberkhauz Management company are created. Time spent for accomplishment of routine transactions was as a result reduced, the quality of work of personnel increased.

The 1C: Trade Management 8 program allowed the management to manage the company, based on the operational data reflecting current situation. The convenient form of the reporting helps to make effective decisions to heads of different level.
