The Avtonormal plant automates design-technology preparation of production

Solution

The Top Systems company implements an implementation project of software tools of T-FLEX on JSC Belebeevskom zavode Avtonormal. A project objective - automation of the design-technology preparation of production (DTPP) and transfer of technology data in the ERP system of SAP.

Previously

The management of JSC BELZAN understood need of consolidation of design-technology data in a single system, and in December, 2010 made the decision on the beginning of the project on automation of design-technology preparation of production using programs of the T-FLEX complex. The staff of design-technology services of the enterprise is familiar with software products of T-FLEX since 2000, but they were used for work on local places.

Results

Implementation is complete and the 3D T-FLEX CAD system for design preparation of production is accepted in commercial operation. Control of engineering data is exercised of means of PDM of the T-FLEX DOCs 2010 system (automation systems of design-technology document flow) which is closely interacting with the 3D T-FLEX CAD program.

Now work on testing of integration interaction of PDM of the T-FLEX DOCs 2010 system with the ERP system of SAP for transfer of technology data is conducted. According to heads and specialists of the plant, the first positive results – reduction of terms of design and quantity of engineering errors are received already now.

Stages of implementation of software T-FLEX

• Creation within department of information technologies of new bureau which staff (project team) find all working time for work on the project.

• For training of staff of the enterprise in work with systems the premises were selected and equipped that allowed to carry out mass retraining on the approved diagram.

• Transfer of design preparation of production on 3D - technologies - the most important stage of the project for the enterprise.

• Working off and implementation of techniques of design automation of group and standard technology processes in the workplaces which are completely reflecting development processes taking into account specifics of the enterprise.

• Setup of specialized reference books, the automated jobs (AJ) under specific technology divisions.

• Development and setup of technology forms (templates) according to GOST and STP under all types of production.
