JSC Lekhim implements the system of operational management on the ERP platform

The management of group of the pharmaceutical enterprises of JSC Lekhim the IT Enterprise of corporation Information technologies made the decision on ERP system implementation. The purpose of the corporate project - consolidation of all enterprises of group in a common information space which will provide the maximum transparency, efficiency and reliability of management.

Task

"In October, 2011 our company participated in the seminar case for the pharmaceutical enterprises organized by corporation Information technologies. The format of an action meant the presentation of successfully implemented projects directly in the field of business process optimization of pharmaceutical production. We were pleasantly surprised with depth of approach to solving of tasks at the pharmaceutical enterprises and a huge number of already acquired standard solutions for our field of activity. We had a requirement which we accurately understood, to us visually showed specific versions of solutions on the example of already implemented projects", - Mazurik Valentina Stepanovna, the Deputy CEO of JSC Lekhim says.

Solution

Implementation of the project is expected several stages of implementation. First of all, cooperation provides system implementation the IT enterprise at the central office of management company JSC Lekhim and at the Tekhnolog plant in the city of Uman. Replication of a system for all group of the pharmaceutical enterprises of JSC Lekhim is in the future planned.

• Acceleration of reaction in the field of production and purchases to change of requirements of the market, decrease in level of items out of stock;
• Increase in utilization of capacity and as a result production capacity growth;
• Optimization of warehouse stocks of raw materials and materials, finished goods, work in progress;
