Vladimir Vasilyevich Dorokhin (sort. On June 14, 1965) — the Russian entrepreneur, the former Deputy General Manager for Economics and commerce of Sheremetyevo Airport, controls the ROEL group where the group of electrotechnical companies "Ruselprom", "Agrika Food", "Vladimir Textiles" and "Lesprom" enters. Activity

In 2002, on information given by him, left in connection with "the executive directorate which developed around a situation and information on early termination of powers of the CEO of society" from a post of the First Deputy CEO of JSC International Airport Sheremetyevo, according to information from Board of Directors — it was dismissed together with the CEO Sergey Belyaev for failure of preparation of the airport by winter; according to journalists, the reasons of it became fight for management of a refueling complex and over financial flows.

Since 1992 till present directs the companies in consulting, investment and electrotechnical businesses. In 1994 became the vice president of JSC Ruselprom (a TIN 7703065928), since 2004 heads management companies of holding — Ruselprom LLC.

In April, 1995 together with partners — specialists of faculty of management and applied mathematics of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and Institute of problems of management of RAS — formed investment and consulting company "ROEL Consulting" which became a basis of ROEL Group later.

In private opinion of the journalist A. Karaulov, it is involved in the scandals connected with raiding and withdrawal of the capital abroad. The proof of subjective nature of the expressions provided in A. Karaulov's transfer contains in the resolution of arbitration court on case No. A40-1133/10-143-7. [11] Headed development and program implementation of reforming of the industry and the enterprises of the Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, Voronezh, Sverdlovsk regions, Bashkortostan and Chuvashia. In 2002 after separation of consulting and investment businesses focused on projects of the direct investment.
