Transtelecom-NN Ltd (TTK-Nizhny Novgorod) – the regional enterprise Transtelecom Company Ltd (TransTeleCom Companies), one of the Russian telecom operators. The TTK-Nizhny Novgorod provides a range of telecommunication services to corporate and private clients in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, Kirov regions, the Republics of Tatarstan, Chuvashia, Udmurtia and Mari El and also a part of the territory of Perm Krai, Sverdlovsk region and the Republic of Bashkortostan. Total length of fiber lines of communication in an area of responsibility TTK-Nizhny Novgorod is more than 3500 km.

Transtelecom-NN Ltd is formed in 1999, shareholders of the company are JSC "Russian Railways" and Transtelecom Company Ltd.

The TTK-Nizhny Novgorod offers services of broadband Internet access, service of local, zone, intercity and international telephone communication, the organization of corporate networks (IP VPN), lease of trunk inter-chip digital links, design and construction of facilities of communication. Clients of TTK-Nizhny Novgorod company are more than 2.5 thousand state and commercial organizations and also about 32.5 thousand subscribers individuals.

Priority activity TTK-Nizhny Novgorod is providing service of broadband Internet access for individuals, small and medium business on Ethernet technology based on FTTB network (Fiber To The Building is a fiber optic cable to the building).

In three years 735 million rubles were invested in development of retail business of a TTK-HH. Communication networks of a TTK-HH cover more than 350 thousand households in 15 cities, including more than 170 thousand households in 8 cities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. More than 75 thousand people and more than 4.5 thousand companies of small and medium business became subscribers of the company.

2015: The TTK-Nizhny Novgorod connected 57 thousand residents of the small cities to the Internet

The number of private users of service of broadband Internet access (broadband access) of macroregional branch "Verkhnevolzhsky" of TransTeleCom Company (TTK-Nizhny Novgorod, TransTeleCom-HH) in the small cities at the end of 2015 was 57 thousand users, having increased in comparison with the beginning of year by 9%.

Leaders in growth of a subscriber base became Balakhna of the Nizhny Novgorod Region where the number of subscribers in a year increased by 74%, Kovrov of the Vladimir region and the settlement of Ilyinogorsk of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (growth by 49%).

The average level of penetration of service on TransTeleCom-HH networks in the small cities is 26.5%, the highest rates are noted in Murom of the Vladimir region (56%), Vyksa (35%), Sarov (30%) of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Vyatka Glades of the Kirov region (30%).

The TTK-Nizhny Novgorod provides Internet access in 13 small cities of c by the population less than 150 thousand inhabitants Nizhny Novgorod (7 cities), Vladimir (2 cities), Kirov (the Vyatka Glades) areas, the Republic of Mordovia (2 cities) and Perm Krai (Tchaikovsky).

2013

Thanks to implementation of an investment program the general technical scope of networks of broadband Internet access (broadband access) based on FTTB technology (Fiber To The Building is a fiber optic cable to the building) in the cities of presence of a TTK-HH increased in a year by 25% and makes 312 thousand households and more than 200 objects of a commercial real estate. The company entered retail market of broadband access in the cities of Arzamas, Bor, the Vyatka Glades, increased a technical scope of network in Vladimir and Kovrov, began to provide service of cable television in Vladimir and the Vyatka Glades.

"In 2013 the TTK-HH continued active development of access networks and entry into the new markets of broadband access in the small cities. In a year the number of subscribers grew more than by 30%. In 2014 expansion of a technical scope of networks is planned for 40% and further increase in a subscriber base in the cities of presence of a TTK-HH", - the CEO commented on TTK-Nizhny Novgorod Vladimir Zaytsev.

2012

The TransTeleCom company, one of the largest telecom operators in Russia, will direct the net profit of the regional enterprise TTK-Nizhny Novgorod at the end of 2012 to financing of investment projects on development of retail business in the region. The net profit of a TTK-HH at the end of 2012 was 23.4 million rubles. Income of the company in 2012 was 848.6 million rubles, including from communication services provision – 699.5 million rubles.

2011

Income from communication services provision grew by 41% in comparison with the same period of last year and was more than 372 million rubles. The total revenues of the company for 2011 were more than 504 million rubles, having increased by 34% in comparison with the same period of last year. The net profit of the enterprise grew by 52% and was more than 16.9 million rubles.

Income from rendering services of broadband Internet access (broadband access) and telephony to corporate clients was 73.3 million rubles and increased by 1.8 times in comparison with 2010, to private users - 37 million rubles with growth by 4.2 times to previous year.

TTK-HH provides services of Internet access in FTTB technology (optics to the building) to residents of Nizhny Novgorod, Murom and Sarov. Services of Internet access in ADSL technology (telephone line) are provided in Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Kirov, Vladimir, Murom, Arzamas, Shakhunye, Izhevsk, Kanashe, Agryz, Krasnoufimsk and other cities. In Nizhny Novgorod and Izhevsk services of local telephone communication are also provided.

Shareholders TTK-Nizhny Novgorod (TTK-HH), the regional enterprise of TransTeleCom Company, made the decision to direct more than 80% of net profit at the end of 2011 to financing of investment projects in the region of presence of a TTK-HH. 18% of profit will be directed to dividend payout for 2011. The amount of payments will be 1558 rub 22 kopeks on one ordinary share.

2010

Income of the company in 2010 was 375 million rubles, including, from communication services provision – more than 262 million rubles.
