Cooperation of a TTK with Global Bilgi began in November, 2012. The decision on involvement of the external specialized company for ensuring work of the call center was made by a TTK in connection with the large-scale growth of a subscriber base.
At the first stage of cooperation specialists of Global Bilgi performed a pro-ring of clients who ceased to use services of a TTK. As a result of more than 2,500 Russians became clients of the operator, and about 400 more resumed use of services after a long pause. Generally call center operators of Global Bilgi communicated from 120,000 potential clients of a TTK.
Since December, 2012 the call center of Global Bilgi began to perform professional telephone consultation of subscribers on use of the Internet and also on services and rates of a TTK. In 2013 call center operators processed about 1,300,000 calls. In day the call center receives about 5000 calls. Most often in call center of a TTK subscribers concerning connection to network, addressed for technical advice, inquired in the tariff plans available in their regions.
Each subscriber of a TTK can call free of charge in call center number 8-800-775-07-75. Client support works 365 days in a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
