Most the modern enterprises try to be today customer-oriented because it is not simply fashionable, but also first of all is economic. But only if they understand capability of the organization as this term to take an additional profit due to deep understanding and effective satisfaction of customer needs. The commercial directorate of ChTPZ saw the main objective when implementing the project on work with key clients in priority production of orders with the highest marginal income.

Prior to the beginning of the project approval of orders in production happened out of a corporate information system. The commercial directorate created in excel the file with data on orders which production should execute next month. In turn the production service adjusted it, proceeding from production capabilities. Taking into account that this procedure could drag on from 5 to 10 days, upon termination of approval the order portfolio often became irrelevant since during approval there could be changes. During the work with the Excel file, transferred from service to service by means of mail to consider permanent changes of orders not really. Besides, at such approach it was not necessary to speak about the analysis of an economic component: the priority of orders remained in the head of the manager responsible for the transaction, and at equal precedence the choice was performed on an intuition.

For acceptances of operational and economically reasoned decisions at portfolio construction of orders the commercial directorate of ChTPZ entered a new established post into production - responsible for the commodity line which main objective is loading of production units with the maximum economic effect. Necessary tools were also developed for effective solution of the tasks set for this employee:

  • the sheet of monitoring of loading of production, with breakdown by units with display of the horizon of loading;
  • document flow by means of which there is an approval a task on production for month and the solution of conflict questions on settlement of the planned terms of production of key transactions;
  • the sheet of control and utilization of the old accepted transactions

Specialists of Malachite implemented the scheme of approval of a task on production in ERP a circuit taking into account necessary analytics. Now signs by which it is possible to determine orders of key clients are in addition appropriated to orders, to see marginal income, high loading of a camp. The sales manager can also influence a situation by the orders included in production: otherwise to place priorities, to make replacement, to start repeated approval of orders of attraction in a chain the higher management and to motivate with financial performance. Such situation as untimely informing the manager on an exception of its order of production is excluded that allows to regulate better a situation with clients and not to make them false promises regarding completion dates of orders.

Project implementation not only solved the main objectives on automation and provided the employee of commercial directorate responsible for the commodity line with necessary tools, but also helped to establish cooperation between services of the customer: now businessmen and production workers speak "one language", business processes are built taking into account requirements of both parties, and document flow is conducted in a single system in Malahit: Workflow. At responsible for the commodity line there was a uniform workplace in which it approves a task, positions of transactions, accepts transactions. The task for a month is created taking into account loading of a camp, and also taking into account accomplishment first of all of orders on key clients and orders with a maximum yield. Process of approval of a task became transparent, need of manual comparison of the plan and the actual task disappeared.
