Malahit Intellectual Systems

The MALAKHIT company was created in 1991 by group of consultants and programmers with work experience in the metallurgical industry. The company specializes in application of the advanced techniques and systems in the field of the information, and management consulting, management of industrial enterprises based on experience of development and deployment of own information systems constructed on the principles of "lean production".

The main activities of the company are:

• development of custom information management systems by the enterprise;
• implementation of the software solutions developed by us and their integration with the existing system of the enterprise;
• maintenance and technical support of installed systems;
• providing consulting services in information technology field and administration management.

The line of solutions of Malahit includes 19 products. Each solution can be purchased and function both jointly, and is autonomous depending on needs of the customer and allows to create systems for full automation of activity of any industrial enterprises, including difficult legally and geographically distributed structures.

Products of Malakhit company are implemented and work at the enterprises of the pipe division of ChTPZ Group including tube rolling plants in Chelyabinsk and Pervouralsk, Uraltrubostal Trading house and spot network, JSC Sinarsky Pipe Plant, MZ Kamastal LLC.

The company has the different certificates confirming compliance of work to different Russian and international standards, including requirements to the quality system ISO 9001:2000 in relation to development, implementation and maintenance of information systems. Has the high partner statuses of world leading equipment manufacturers and software suppliers, such as Oracle Corporation, PSI Metals, EMC Corporation.

History

• 1989 - creation of consolidation MEKOMP at Ministry of Iron and Steel, development of an ACS Order for the enterprises of ferrous metallurgy.
• 1991 - Withdrawal of a unit of an ACS from consolidation MEKOMP and foundation of Malakhit LLC, the beginning of development of CIS Malakhit.
