Rosagropromstandart

Federal State Budgetary Institution Rosagropromstandart is formed by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2007 No. 888-r and the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation of August 3, 2007 No. 387 as a result of accession of "Consulting and Methodological Center for Questions of Effective Use of Federal Property of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation" (KMTs Federal State Institution) Federal state institution to "Russian Center of Standardization and Metrology" (Rosagropromstandart Federal State Institution) Federal state institution without change of a subject and the purposes of activity determined by charters of the reorganized federal state institutions.

Federal State Budgetary Institution Rosagropromstandart acts on the basis of the Charter, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation approved by the Order of 12/19/2006 No. to the 718th, with the changes approved by the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation of March 13, 2008 No. to the 2nd.

Objectives

According to the Charter, the activity purposes Rosagropromstandart are:

• increase in efficiency of use of federal property by the enterprises and organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation;

• accomplishment of a complex of actions for standardization, metrology and certification of the made products and services in the field of agro-industrial complex for the purpose of increase in its quality and competitiveness taking into account the international requirements,

• assistance to application of information and communication technologies in the field of HSC, in the part concerning development of industry standards (standards) for formation, registration and use of information resources in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and in the subordinated organizations".

Directions of works

The activity purposes Rosagropromstandart are:

• accomplishment of a complex of actions for standardization, metrology and certification of the made products and services in the field of agro-industrial complex for the purpose of increase in its quality and competitiveness taking into account the international requirements;

• participation in preparation of offers on quotas and rates in HSC taking into account requirements of the World Trade Organization (WTO);

• increase in efficiency of use of federal property by the enterprises and organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation;

• assistance to application of information and communication technologies in the field of HSC, in the part concerning development of industry standards (standards) for formation, registration and use of information resources in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and in the subordinated organizations

Structure

The limit state - the 190th persons. According to the Charter, Rosagropromstandart has 11 branches (6 branches are registered). For February, 2012 in staff of organization of 98 people, from them 5 candidates of science, 1 doctor of science.
