Biography

Was born in November 11, 1962.

Education

Graduated from the Moscow institute of engineers of railway transport of F.E. Dzerzhinsky.

Graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation.

Scientific degree

Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Thesis: "Development and increase in efficiency of active policy in the Russian labor market"[1].

Career

The primary labor activity (13 years) - work in federal executive authorities: Federal employment service of Russia, Ministry of Labour and social development of the Russian Federation.

2001 - With 2008 - the Norilsk Nickel mining and metallurgical company[2] worked in Open joint stock company "[2].

2005 - 2008 - the associate director of Polar branch in Open joint stock company "The Norilsk Nickel mining and metallurgical company in Norilsk.

2009 - May, 2012 - the chief executive of Soglasie Insurance Company LLC[3].

2012 - the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

Visit Lyubov Eltsovoy to Yakutsk

On February 25, 2019 it is appointed the head of Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia of Olga Yurevna Golodets[4]. On January 21, 2020 left a post in connection with resignation of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Social and political activity

The member of the Russian Trilateral Commission on the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations representing the Government of the Russian Federation[5].

Job responsibilities

In the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dealt with issues of labor relations, in particular problems of improvement of the labor law, by regulation of compensation[6].
