The Digia RUS company completed an implementation project of the analytical Digia Retail Analytics system in network of drugstores Live Drop.
Background
The implementation project of the Business Intelligence (BI) system is initiated by company management for increase in effective management of stock balance, optimization of a nomenclature matrix, more flexible and profitable assortment management and also accounting of the different factors characteristic of the pharmaceutical industry (control of an expiration date of medicines, etc.).
