RBE Group implements the solution for wholesale on the SAP platform

The RBE group implemented the solution for wholesale of SAP Business All-in-One in divisions of a logistic circuit in five regions of Russia. As a result of project implementation procurement processes and supply and also work of all operating distribution centers are automated.

Bases

Before the implementing solution SAP Business All-in-One of the enterprise of the RBE group used the diverse applications solving local problems of automation of specific sites of activity. For increase in operational efficiency and complex controllability of logistics the tasks to regulate all existing business processes and to automate based on one platform the organization and management of transportations, accounting and inventory management, preparation of different documentation, warehousing, processing of a load were set.

Solution

For the solution of an assigned task specialists of IT division of RBE carried out market research of corporate information systems (ERP) and stopped on the SAP solution Business All-in-One.

Start

The project started in July, 2011. Project works lasted six months. A system is put into productive operation at the beginning of 2012 at 50 workstations.

Result

In the course of system implementation of SAP Business All-in-One in RBE the main business processes of a logistic circuit are automated: financial management, sales, purchases, CRM. During the project synchronization of purchases of goods and services according to customer orders is implemented, the problem of remote access to a system from any place in the world is solved, the single database on history of customer relations and the movement of transactions is created.

Further are going to carry out expansion of the implemented system within the strategy of development for the 3PL-operator based on a logistic circuit of group with expansion of the project on financial and kontrollingovy circuits to RBE.
