History

2026: Purchase from Eurostroyconsalt of a stake in a construction company and a manufacturer of metal structures

RBE Group, a food supplier for the Russian army, bought shares of 51% each in the construction company and metal structure manufacturer Eurostroykonsalt LLC and ESK Systems LLC. The structures are part of the Eurostroikonsalt group. This is evidenced by SPARK-Interfax data released in March 2026. The deal was needed to speed up the construction of kitchen factories. However, it carries risks - with a lack of investment, the capacity of the construction group may be underutilized. Read more here

2024: Khansky Spring Purchase

A large food operator RBE Group bought 75% of the Adyghe company Aquaterra, which produces mineral water under the Khan's Spring brand. Another 25% of the company was transferred to local entrepreneur Jamil Rustamov, according to data from the SPARK-Interfax system, to which Kommersant drew attention in November 2024. Read more here
