White Bird Poultry Farm

White Bird is a Russian production of broiler chickens and chicken meat processing. The company was established in 2004, its main assets are located in the Belgorod region. A few years later, the holding's management acquired sites in the Kursk and Rostov regions.

History

2022: Assets

As of 2022, the holding unites 16 enterprises:

• grain company;
• feedstuff plant;
• 11 poultry farms;
• hatchery;
• poultry meat processing production;
• trading house "Ermak."

2021: Plan for the lease of the White Bird-Rostov GAAP "Resource"

In March 2021, Trust plans to lease the White Bird-Rostov enterprise to Viktor Nauruzov's Resource CAP without a competition. The company did not disclose the terms of the agreements.

2020: Start of sale of the complex by Trust Bank

In October 2020, Trust Bank began selling the White Bird holding. After the financial collapse of the Ananyev brothers, the complex was mothballed, all the birds were destroyed.

This is understandable based on the property being sold. On sale, only empty sites ensuring the receipt of 72 million pieces of hatching eggs per year and feedlots with a production complex for the slaughter and processing of poultry are designed for the production of 60 thousand tons. In addition, the list includes the Liman feed mill with a design capacity of 127 thousand tons per year.

2019: "White Bird-Rostov" declared bankrupt. Debt to Trust Bank 23 billion rubles

"White Bird-Rostov" was declared bankrupt in 2019, production at the sites was stopped and mothballed. The total debt of the company to Trust is more than 23 billion rubles.

Before the conservation of production, White Bird-Rostov included feedlots for 68.5 thousand tons of poultry, a plant with a capacity of more than 57 thousand tons of meat, reproducers for 87 million hatching eggs, and incubators.

2017

Creation of a meat processing complex for the HoReCa segment

"White Bird" launched a meat processing complex in the Belgorod region, focused on the HoReCa segment. The plant with a capacity of 2.5 thousand tons/month was put into trial operation in mid-January 2017. According to the general director of the group Nikolai Misyura, investments in the project are estimated at 700 million rubles, the payback will be about four years.

The enterprise was built on the basis of the former slaughter shop (Belgorod, Production Street 4). Belous Alexey Dzhordzhevich (General Director of Belaya Bird - Belgorod), Barkov Nikolai Valentinovich (Chief Project Engineer) and Platonov Yaroslav Sergeevich (Project Manager) took an active part in the creation of the meat processing complex.

Credit stoppage due to PSB problems

After the introduction of the Central Bank in Promsvyazbank of the interim administration at the end of 2017, lending to the White Bird stopped, and difficulties began with the business.

2016: The agricultural holding includes more than 40 production sites

As of 2016, the White Bird agricultural holding includes more than 40 production sites that provide a full cycle of production and sales - from the manufacture of feed to the sale of finished meat products. The company employs more than 10 thousand people.

2009: Revenue - RUB 5.2 billion

In 2009, the holding's revenue amounted to 5.2 billion rubles, the company's plans were to bring this figure in 2010 to 5.6 billion rubles.
