2017: Project completion of implementation of "Knowledge management system"

On February 2, 2017 the Technoserv Consulting company announced end in the second half of 2016 of works in the project and implementation of "Knowledge management system" in Sberbank of the Russian Federation.

The main users of a system employees of underwriting – the division making the analysis and examination of risks. Start of a system is implemented for the retail and corporate directions.

The core of a system is created on the IBM FileNet platform.

The project actively will develop further. Not only underwriters, but also client divisions will be connected. It is supposed that in 2017-2018 in a system about 20 thousand users will work at the same time. 2012: The choice of the contractor for implementation of "Knowledge management system"

Sberbank of Russia summed up the results of the first stage of an open competition at choice of the contractor for execution of works on projects of process automation of bank (a back office of the Center of Maintenance of Client Transactions (CMCT) and underwriters) using the IBM FileNet platform.

According to bank, the companies were recognized winners of the first stage: "IT. Information technologies", Technoserv Consulting, Jet Infosystems and Sitronics IT. The winner companies of this stage will be able to take part in the second stage of tender on which Sberbank is going to sum up the results on March 14, 2012.

The bank carries out the assessment of requests of the participating companies of tender by the following criteria: the cost of works on development and deployment of the solution EXPERT "Knowledge management system" on the IBMFileNet platform; the cost of post warranty maintenance of software for 3 years; the cost (people/day) of examination on modification of functionality of AS "Knowledge management system" on the IBMFileNet platform; cost of the required equipment and system software; structure and qualification of a project team; experience provision of services on development, implementation and support of solutions on the IBMFileNet platform; experience of integration of solutions at the IBMFileNet platform with other systems; conditions of implementing solution are delivery dates, a delivery order, the detailed plan of implementation; volume and term of provision of guarantees for quality of a subject of purchase and post warranty service maintenance; compliance of the offer to architectural requirements; compliance to operational requirements and requirements for security; recognition of the bargain concluded with the participant controlled according to Article 105.14 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

As expect in Sberbank, results of execution of works on the agreement will become development and deployment of the application software on the IBMFileNet platform for implementation of AS "Knowledge management system". Purchase of licenses of a software platform is made on the basis of separate agreements based on tender at "The choice of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform for Sberbank of Russia". Payment for work is made upon acceptance of works by the customer, advance payments are not provided.

According to the tender documentation, now divisions of underwriting of Sberbank have difficulties connected with the organization of storage and bringing to considerable number of employees of confidential regulating documents and separate explanations to them in the conditions of permanent making changes and updates. For change of the existing order in bank made the decision to automate collecting, storage and an information access, used by employees of underwriting who are responsible for processing of credit requests of individuals and small business, by means of creation of a system.

The purposes of creation of a system are defined by Klyuev: the organization of storage and access to base of regulating documents taking into account maintaining version control of documents and a possibility of reflection of information relevant for the date selected by the user; providing online access to information to users of a system through context search on contents of a window in which the cursor, on the key press on the keyboard or buttons is installed in the user interface ETSM (Experian TransactSM); providing the operational, online, notification of users of a system about changes in processing of credit requests within Credit Factory technology; the organization of the centralized control of acquaintance by the employees who are responsible for processing of credit requests with new regulating documents, changes to them and separate explanations.

According to requirements of Sberbank, a system should support simultaneous operation to 3.2 thousand users, at the same time allow scaling without its further completion and also conduct work with the regulating documentation which volume is no more than 10 thousand documents and to move documents to archive storage at accomplishment of the set parameters.
