The autonomous nonprofit organization "Uniform Information Centre" is formed in 2009 according to the order of Government of the Russian Federation No. 957-r for the purpose of maintenance
preparation for the XXII Olympic Games and the XI Paralympic Winter Games of 2014 in the city of Sochi.
