"Volkswagen Group Rus" implements at itself the solution of automation of accounting and inventory of property

The IT smart systems company completed implementing solution of accounting and inventory of property in Volkswagen Group Rus LLC.

Background

Until recently in Volkswagen Group Rus LLC information of au telecom / IT-oborudovanii and other property, accountable, was stored in several systems, data from which had to be synchronized among themselves, and occasionally it was performed manually. Such situation did not suit the customer therefore the decision on implementation of the specialized system which allowed to company management to have always up-to-date and exact information on material resources was made. Besides, moving to new office allowed to carry out effectively a property inventory, to get rid of the collected excesses and illiquid assets.

Solution

During the project specialists "IT. Smart of systems" conducted necessary examination and taking into account its results performed system implementation of process automation of accounting and inventory of property. Besides, marking of 4.5 thousand items of equipment (RFID tags and stickers with the two-dimensional shaped code were for this purpose used) was made and primary inventory is carried out. Based on its results, the customer could create requirements to new report forms, and specialists of IT smart systems company – to make necessary completions.

Results

System implementation of accounting and inventory of property in Volkswagen Group Rus LLC allowed to solve several important problems. Among them − reduction of terms and simplification of the procedure of carrying out inventory, ensuring complete transparency in the field of operational accounting of property, decrease in quantity of errors at reconciliation of results of inventory and also tangible cost saving on property acquisition.

In the nearest future Volkswagen Group Rus LLC is going to make full translation of all material resources on the automated accounting. Integration of an accounting system and inventory with an accounting system is planned.
