Task
In 2011 in the company need of complex automation of production accounting and preparation of the management reporting ripened, operational exchange of primary data and management information with remote regional office and also automation of budgeting and the plan-fact analysis which were carried out manually in spreadsheets earlier was required. As a basis of a new information system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 for Kazakhstan" was selected.
