We are convinced that the result of our work can and should be measured by profit, turnover, recognition level the client, but not quantity of the man-hours spent by the client for communication with consultants.
Project Description:
The project for BITOBE company was implemented in two stages: organization of mechanisms of work with agreements and implementation of printed forms of agreements. Before a command of Komplit company the purposes were set:
- Organize input and the structured storage of agreements, accounts, acts;
- Accounting of obligations of the client, actual receipts from it, fixing of debt;
- Reduction of number of "clicks" in daily work;
- Organize creation of electronic versions of documents, without resorting to additional software products.
Direct implementation of effective objectives was preceded by dense communication with the client. Wishes of the client were detailed, on them several options of implementation of each of points are offered, after approval of suitable options the general scheme of work was defined. Detailing allowed to select among a set of assigned tasks those which were decided by standard tools of the Terrasoft CRM system without extra works that, in turn, allowed to reduce costs for project implementation.
On a result of approval of final requirements to a system the following mechanisms were implemented:
- The structure of input and storage of agreements is reorganized;
- Options of work with the agreement and the agreement account are separated;
- The feature for maintaining agreements with the subordinated applications is added;
- The mechanism of work with stages of applications is implemented, considering their sequence and terms;
- Optional possibility of calculation of terms and amounts of stages, applications, agreements;
- Creation of accounts and operations on stages and the agreement accounts, with calculation of the amounts on the basis of a ratio of prepayment, residual payment and the planned terms is automated;
- Calculation of debt and general payment for a stage, application, agreement;
- The mechanism of work with legal entities is reorganized;
- A possibility of creation of electronic document revisions from Terrasoft (4 printed forms).
Increase in usability of a system was result of the performed works that led to reduction of time spent for search/input of necessary information. Practically all work managed to be reduced to "one window" without the need for transition on a system. After completion of the described works, the BITOBE company made the decision not to be satisfied with what has already been achieved that cannot but please, and further development of a system is in the future planned.
