The 1C-Rarus company created an information system in the dealer center Lexus of NICK MOTORS South LLC in Rostov-on-Don.
Background
Along with opening of salon, the management made the decision on creation of an information system for ensuring work of the center up to standard. "NICK MOTORS the South" was required the software product supporting the business processes set by the Moscow holding:
- Accounting of the movement of spare parts by a corporate technique of Toyota;
- Maintaining normative reference information specific to dealers of Toyota and Lexus;
- Accounting of warranty repairs and subcontract works;
- Accounting of special service actions;
- Flexibly configured reports;
- Accounting according to standards of the Russian legislation.
Solution
As a basis of an information system the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform thanks to simplicity, availability, prevalence, a possibility of adaptation under requirements of the customer is selected. It was decided to automate the center using special development of 1C-Rarus company for dealers of Toyota and Lexus in Russia based on the Alpha Car program. In addition for automation of accounting the product "1C: Accounting 8" is selected. The contractor of the project defines 1C-Rarus company.
Specialists automate 35 jobs in divisions:
- Motor show: the order, receipt and car sale, car sale on Trade-In;
- Car service: maintenance of cars, running and warranty repair, accomplishment of special service campaigns;
- Client service: customer relations (CRM), questioning and polls, accounting and classification of customer appeals in the dealer center, report generation for the head company;
- Insurance: execution of insurance policies of the CMTPL and KASKO, accounting of payments according to insurance policies, calculation of an agency fee from insurance companies, report generation for insurance companies;
- Warehouse: purchase and sale of spare parts, accounting of spare parts for accomplishment of repairs, internal warehouse transactions;
- Accounting: import of data of operational accounting to an accounting system, reporting.
Details
Information search in regulations of execution of works for the staff of car service is facilitated. Execution of the order on average takes 5-10 minutes. Today the personnel use the directory imported to a system with regulations of time of works developed especially for the Toyota and Lexus cars.
The block of accounting of insurance receipts and execution of insurance policies is implemented. Execution of insurance policies happens in 10-15 minutes that significantly saves time of clients at acquisition of cars.
In the center the special service campaigns designed to increase loyalty of buyers work. The staff of car service using Alpha Car obtains information on participation of the car in a campaign and will organize it service in accordance with the terms actions.
The information system supports holding polls of clients – as by forces of own staff of the company, and using external call centers. It allows to organize both large-scale studying of public opinion, and point specialized polls. A system helps to create selections of audience according to different criteria.
Work of warehouse service due to accomplishment of the automated loading of goods receipt notes from files is simplified. Filling of documents "manually" is excluded. A system allows to receive confirmations from suppliers at the order of goods.

According to Yulia Tsukanova, the chief financial officer "NICK MOTORS the South", a task of the company – to provide to each client the maximum comfort that each visit of the center brought pleasure. In many respects it depends on how work of personnel of the company is organized. The information system providing convenience, accuracy, transparency and high speed of work of employees helps to provide worthy, high-quality customer service. Sales and orders for cars, signing up in service, search and sale of spare parts, automobiles insurance are quickly made out.
