2020: Oleg Nizomiddinov's appointment Makroregion's director of a TTK Western Siberia

2014

The total revenues of the company for 2014 exceeded 2 billion rubles, having increased by 7.7% in comparison with the same period of 2013. Income from rendering services of broadband Internet access (broadband access) and telephony to private users increased by 7.5% to 665 million rubles, to corporate clients – for 18.8% to 457 million rubles.

In 2014 the general technical scope of networks of broadband Internet access in the cities of presence of TTK Western Siberia grew by 4% and today makes about 1045 thousand households.

"In 2014 the number of retail subscribers of a TTK in the territory of Western Siberia grew by 10% up to 215.8 thousand users, corporate clients – for 15% up to 5.2 thousand organizations. These results are achieved, first of all, thanks to active work on quality improvement of services, development of programs of loyalty for our subscribers and flexible price policy. In 2015 in plans of the company to increase a share in the market of B2C in Western Siberia to 15%", – the CEO of TTK Western Siberia Alexander Solovyov noted.

The number of corporate users of retail services of broadband Internet access (broadband access) of TTK Western Siberia in a segment of medium and small business at the end of 2014 increased by 15%.

2013

The total revenues of the company were more than 1.9 billion rubles, having increased by 18% in comparison with the same period of last year. Income from communication services provision grew by 23% in comparison with the same period of last year and was more than 1.7 billion rubles. Net profit was about 185.6 million rubles.

The general technical scope of networks of broadband Internet access (broadband access) in the cities of presence of TTK Western Siberia in a year increased by 29% and today exceeds 1 million households and about 360 objects of a commercial real estate.

In 2013 the TTK Western Siberia entered retail market of broadband access in Berezovsky, Guryevsk and Yashkin the Kemerovo region, Kuibyshev of the Novosibirsk region and Summer Altai Krai, having increased presence geography to 27 cities. City communication networks of TTK Western Siberia are under construction based on FTTB technology (Fiber To The Building is the optical fiber cable to the building).

2012

In May, 2012 in the territory of the West Siberian region the number of active Internet users of TransTeleCom Company, one of the largest telecom operators in Russia, exceeded 150,000 subscribers. Since May, 2011 the subscriber base of a TTK in the region increased by 1.5 times.

The zone of a technical scope of TransTeleCom network in 25 cities the Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo regions and Altai Krai makes about 685 thousand households. Services of broadband Internet access from TTK Western Siberia, the regional enterprise of TransTeleCom Company, are provided based on FTTB network (Fiber To The Building is a fiber optic cable to the building).

Income from communication services provision in 2012 grew by 13.5% in comparison with 2011 and was more than 1.4 billion rubles. The total revenues of the company were 1.6 billion rubles, having increased by 11% in comparison with previous year. The net profit of the enterprise grew by 65% and was 206.8 million rubles. The TransTeleCom company will direct the net profit of the regional enterprise TTK Western Siberia which was 206.8 million rubles at the end of 2012 to financing of investment projects on development of communication networks in the region. The decision was made according to the results of TTK Western Siberia general shareholder meeting. Until the end of 2013 the TTK Western Siberia will render services in 35 cities of the region. The part of profit is also directed to creation of services, new, useful to our subscribers.

Income from rendering services of broadband Internet access (broadband access) and telephony to private clients increased by 29% in comparison with 2011 and was 595.2 million rubles, to corporate clients – for 12% and was 394.3 million rubles.

In 2012 the general technical scope of networks of broadband Internet access (broadband access) in the cities of presence of TTK Western Siberia increased by 1.4 times and today makes about 900 thousand households and more than 330 objects of a commercial real estate. The company entered retail market of broadband access in Tatarsk of the Novosibirsk region, Aleysk of Altai Krai, Seversk of the Tomsk region, Toes, Prokopyevsk and Kiselyovsk of the Kemerovo region, having increased geography of presence of the company to 30 cities. City communication networks of TTK Western Siberia are under construction based on FTTB technology (Fiber To The Building is the optical fiber cable to the building).

"In 2012 the number of subscribers of a TTK in the territory of Western Siberia reached 250 thousand users. It became possible thanks to active connection to a communication network of a TTK of new objects of a residential and commercial real estate in the region. In a year the number of corporate clients increased by 41%, private users – for 30%. It is sure, positive dynamics of development of the company will remain also in 2013", – the CEO of TTK Western Siberia Solovyov Alexander noted.

2011

Income from communication services provision in comparison with 2010 grew by 28% and was more than 1.2 billion rubles. The total revenues of the company for 2011 were 1.4 billion rubles, having increased by 28% in comparison with previous year. The net profit of the enterprise also grew by 28% and was more than 65.8 million rubles.

Income from rendering services of Internet access and telephony to private users was 397 million rubles, having increased twice in comparison with 2010, income from rendering services to corporate clients grew by 2.4 times to previous year and was 323.5 million rubles.

In 2011 the TTK Western Siberia began rendering service of broadband Internet access in FTTB technology (optics to the building) and also services of cable and digital television in 14 new cities of Western Siberia. Today more than 140 thousand residents of 24 cities of the region can use services of the operator.
