Electronic document management system of TEZIS in the Tolyatti Fiabank

The HAULMONT company started system implementation of electronic document management of TEZIS in the Tolyatti Fiabank. At the beginning of the current year in bank the decision on failure from EDMS based on IBM Lotus Notes/Domino and transfer of document flow to the THESIS system was made.

"We had a need to get rid of the shortcomings inherent in that electronic document management system which was used in bank for the last years and we looked for a system which would combine reliability and broad functionality, high speed of work and ease of maintenance and also was constructed based on the most modern information technologies", - the head of department of Internet technologies of FIA-BANK Ltd Malofeyev Ilya Alekseyevich reports.

"Having got acquainted with the THESIS system, we saw that it completely meets our requirements. A system is based on web technologies and does not require installation and settings of the client at workstations of users, at the same time has very rich functionality. Also we "from a box" receive the management subsystem integrated with document flow by tasks and projects and the designer of business processes. It is important that a system actively develops (in a year there are at least 2-3 key updatings), and the developer company is very open and ready to active and long-term cooperation with our bank", - Ilya Alekseyevich sums up.

The THESIS system will provide a common information space for employees of the bank in Togliatti, Samara, Penza, Ufa, Ulyanovsk, Moscow and Yakutia. In EDMS about 500 users will work.
