Gradoma optimizes work of employees of the company as the solution of automation of trade

The 1C-Rarus company integrator completed the project of automation of Gradomoy company. The solution in the project is the product "1C: Trade Management 8".

Tasks

The customer company needed to organize more effective management and to optimize work of employees. It was for this purpose decided to automate the main business processes using the modern program allowing:

• Improve document flow;
• Reduce time for accomplishment of routine transactions;
• Obtain operational information about a company performance and prepare the reporting for the management.

Solution

In search of the solution "Gradomy" addressed specialists 1C-Rarus. Creation of a system based on "1C: Trade Management 8" is taken as a basis.

Result

During the project in Gradomoy company the following business processes were automated:

• Supply management;
• Sales management;
• Sales planning and purchases;
• Management of warehouse resources;
• Analysis of a goods turnover of the enterprise;
• Management of relationship with partners;
• Monitoring and efficiency analysis of a trading activity.

As a result accounting of the movement of goods on projects, in cash, accounting of settlings with partners became simpler. There was a possibility of automatic purchase planning and sales, expenditures and reservations of money. Considerably carrying out the analysis on goods and partners, work of managers and also formation of a set of analytical reports became simpler.

Today a system allows the company to obtain up-to-date information on settlement with buyers and suppliers, to reduce time for formation of client orders.
