Adecco Group Russia booked audit of a system

The Microtest company completed the project for Adecco Group Russia recruitment agency during which personal data information systems (ISPDN) were brought into accord with the law "About Personal Data" (FZ-152).

Background

With the advent of the act of the Russian Federation "About Personal Data" Adecco Group Russia had a need to confirm compliance of the systems of personal data protection to requirements of the legislation and regulating documents of FSTEC and FSB of Russia.

Solution

For implementation of the important Adecco Group Russia project selected Microtest company. During the first stage of the project specialists Microtest conducted examination ISPDN which allowed to collect information on the principles of its creation and functioning. On the basis of these data the documents confirming compliance ISPDN to legislative arrangements were developed.

On the next stage the uniform technical specifications on creation of a system of personal data protection at the central office Adecco and 13 Russian branches were developed. Then contractors of the project prepared organizational and administrative documents which regulate organizational measures for personal data protection.
