Training courses Smart enterprise for the USTE and USVK programs

The Smart Enterprise training center informs:

• The release of training courses in work with the program "Soft-Portal is complete: Sales management of heat power for 1C:Enterprise 8" (USTE). Training courses on jobs are developed for 3 main groups of specialists of the heatsupplying enterprise:
  1. "Smart enterprise: USTE. Workplace of the Specialist of sales office"
  The technique of statement of materials is constructed on the end-to-end example including the description of all main transactions which are executed in sales office. From setup of regional parameters of accounting, a task of structure of network (the connected chains of objects of heatconsumption and their characteristic), metering devices before registration of agreements, accounting of the facts of consumption, calculation of heatconsumption by the existing techniques and drawing of documents of implementation (accounts, acts and so forth).
  2. "Smart enterprise: USTE. Workplace of the Specialist in conducting settlement"
  In course materials questions are considered:
  • Thin setup of the program for conducting settlement
  • Control of completeness of the data of a subsystem Sales management creating obligations of consumers
  • Managements of settlement (control of receivables, registration and joining of payments, reporting on payment)
  • Analysis of settlement
  • Introduction of adjustments of obligations taking into account changes of payment amounts and (or) recalculation of debt on the amounts of shipment
  • Charges and payments of the VAT (registration of invoices, formations of sales ledgers and purchases)
  3. "Smart enterprise: USTE. Workplace of the Specialist in claim and claims activities"
  In course materials questions are considered:
  • Thin setup of the program for conducting claim and claims activities
  • Organization of events through process management model
  • Management of claims activities (identification of unsettled debts, preparation and maintaining claim documents, payment control, document transfer in court)
  • Management of claim work (preparation and maintaining moving papers, conducting passing of documents on court, control of payment and enforcement proceeding)
  • Management of unformalized work
  • Analysis of actions for settlement of debt
