2015: There was configuration release 5.0.19.1 "Soft-Portal: Sales management of thermal energy"

On June 24, 2015 the Soft-portal project company announced an exit of release 5.0.19.1 of a configuration "Soft-Portal: Sales management".

The functionality, opportunities regarding registration of indications of metering devices is added to release, integration with "1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0" is implemented (reflection of calculations of implementation of sale in accounting documents).

In configuration releases "Soft-Portal: Sales management of thermal energy", "Soft-Portal: Sales management of a water utility", "Soft-Portal: Sales management of a heatwater utility" the functionality is added:

Data exchange with 1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0

Integration with "1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0" in respect of reflection of calculations of implementation of sale in accounting documents is implemented:

• Sales of goods and services
• Correction of implementation

Data exchange is carried out by the direct COM appeal to a configuration Enterprise accounting. At document transfer from the Sales management configuration in a configuration Enterprise accounting information necessary for the correct reflection of documents in accounting and tax accounting (accounts of goods, accounts of settlings with partners, etc.), is filled out on the basis of the set values (account policy of the organizations, registers of data of settlings with partners, etc.) in a configuration Enterprise accounting.

At the same time only objects implementations of sale, necessary for correct reflection of calculations, in accounting are synchronized (in addition to documents of implementation):

• Partners;
• Organizations;
• Agreement of the partner;
• Qualifier of units of measure;
• Types of service, implemented (Nomenclature).

Exchange of handbook data can be made at the initiative of the user or periodically according to the schedule. Setup of the schedule can be made at integration setup. Reflection of documents of implementation comes unilaterally from Sales management the documents "Shipment It (Is Sold)" are unloaded per "1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0". Start of unloading of implementation is always initiated by the user.
