Content

The NORBIT company began cooperation about Rosinter Restaurants Holding in the joint project of transfer of a corporate system of holding to the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 platform.

Start

The system of holding functioning on Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 at the first stage of the project will be transferred to more perfect platform of the same vendor – Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. It will solve a number of organizational, technical and functional problems: ownership cost will fall, performance will increase. Besides, specialists of NORBIT will be able to set web versions of separate system modules, to replace about 30 thousand own completions in the existing system with the industrial solution, to perform deployment of the designer of reports. The stable and scalable system integrated with the systems R-Keeper, CrunchTime used in holding should become a result of works! and BOSS-personnel officer. The planned life of a corporate system on the new platform – not less than 5 years.

Prospects

After transition Rosinter Restaurants Holding on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 in the company will begin the second stage of the project – completion of functionality of financial circuits of a system. First of all in the new version Treasury is going to ensure functioning of the module. It will allow to plan more accurately cash flows of holding and a message the payment schedule. In a system the fiscal reporting of RAS, IFRS and also the management reporting in different formats and with different detailing will be prepared at the same time. Accounting on several legal entities and if necessary fast adding of new will become possible at once.

Implementation of the module "Planning" will provide control of planned targets by analytical categories and creation of the uniform reporting of actual data in comparison with planned. The cash-book in sales points will be kept online with a possibility of formation of the uniform cash-book of the company. Also in a system Rosinter Restaurants Holding will be implemented the functionality of "purchasing requests" ("purchase orders") integrated with the modules "Budgeting", "Treasury" and "Charges" ("accruals"). Thus, in the company planning will improve, there will be an opportunity to create requests for payment and to calculate charge of expenses.

Project Completion

The NORBIT company entering into LANIT Group announced in November, 2012 project completion on transfer of a corporate system Rosinter Restaurants Holding on the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 platform.

Prior to the beginning of the project in 2011 the IT system of holding worked at Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 and did not cover all requirements of the company both for performance questions, and for the implemented functionality any more. For the last few years intensive development the company considerably grew and, respectively, the amount of data which needs to be processed increased. An old system did not cope with these processes: it was required too much time for accomplishment of standard transactions and permanent adaptation of a system under changes of the legislation. In addition, it did not allow to implement problems of management accounting because of limited functionality.

In a work progress by specialists of NORBIT the system existing in Rosinter Restaurants Holding was replaced with the full industrial solution, the module Treasury is considerably improved, forms of tax statements are configured. The created solution was integrated with the IT systems of R-Keeper, CrunchTime used in holding! and BOSS-personnel officer.

Also within project works of NORBIT in a tandem with the partner – the Intellectual Cyborg group – implemented implementation in a corporate system of holding jointly of the developed industry solution on contract management of lease in the company based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. The solution is necessary to exercise control of timely accomplishment of all conditions of agreements and payment of services of lease of premises for restaurants and also conditions on other accompanying documentation: on communication, on service of the equipment and premises of restaurants.
